29 years have brought a lot of changes to St. Augustine, but Walt and Jane are still surviving, thanks to thousands of friends and clients who have enabled us to reach this milestone.

Each of us is a multi-million dollar producer (we work as a team) and have over fifty three (53) years of combined sales experience in the St. Augustine real estate market.

Some real estate firms gather listings, some prefer to concentrate on relocating, businesses, etc. WE SPECIALIZE IN HELPING PEOPLE. Our main areas of focus in St. Augustine are oceanfront / waterfront condominium real estate, homes, and lots or other real property close to the beaches.
